What you will do with us
Here are your tasks:
- Estimating exciting projects in the fields of building construction, turnkey construction, and concrete repair
- Preparing and evaluating tender documents
- Incorporating subcontractor services into the bid calculation in collaboration with purchasing
- Coordinating the prepared offers with the department management and other project participants
- Developing economically and technically sensible alternatives for the client in collaboration with the site managers
What you bring:
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical construction education.
- Initial practical experience as a site manager or estimator.
- Good knowledge of a calculation program.
- Good market knowledge of current price and performance standards.
- Independent, structured, and entrepreneurial working style.
