Estimator (m/f/d) for Infrastructure Projects in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm

We’re looking for a Cost Estimator (m/f/d) for infrastructure projects in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing:

• Use your expertise to help select and acquire projects in structural engineering (bridge building) or civil/road construction.
• Analyze and evaluate tender documents for your specific field.
• Take the lead on creating cost estimates and detailed bid calculations.
• Work with the purchasing department and technical project leads to request and evaluate subcontractor services.
• Coordinate closely with department heads and other project stakeholders on bids.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or a similar qualification.
• Several years of experience as an Estimator, Site Manager, or Work Planner in structural engineering (bridges) or civil/road construction.
• Solid skills in estimation software (ideally RIB iTWO) and a pro at MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of current pricing and performance standards, and ideally a good handle on the local subcontractor and supplier market.
• A real team player mindset, an entrepreneurial approach, and a reliable, independent way of working.
