Estimator (m/f/d) for Infrastructure Projects in Hersbruck

We’re looking for a Construction Estimator (m/f/d) for infrastructure projects in Hersbruck on behalf of our client.

Our client is a well-established, mid-sized construction firm that handles civil engineering, roadwork, structural engineering, and track/rail construction across Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. They are a go-to partner for major large-scale projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Use your know-how to help pick and win projects in structural engineering (bridge building) or civil/road construction.
• Analyze and evaluate tender documents for your specific field.
• Take the lead on creating cost estimates and detailed bid calculations.
• Work with the purchasing department and technical project leads to request and evaluate subcontractor quotes.
• Coordinate closely with department heads and other project stakeholders on bids.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification.
• Several years of experience as an Estimator, Site Manager, or Work Planner in structural engineering (bridges) or civil/road construction.
• Solid skills in estimation software and a pro at using MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of current pricing and performance standards—ideally with a good handle on the local subcontractor and supplier market.
• A real team player mindset, an entrepreneurial approach, and a reliable, independent way of working.
