Estimator (m/f/d) Structural Renovation

We’re looking for a Cost Estimator (m/f/d) for structural renovation on behalf of our client. They’re a leading construction firm that brings together people with one thing in common: a huge passion for what they do.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking full charge of creating bids for concrete repair projects.
• Reviewing and checking tender documents.
• Handling quantity take-offs, performance assessments, and cost calculations.
• Putting together competitive bids, job costing, and change orders.
• Leading contract negotiations and managing the bidding process right up to the final contract.
• Handing over projects to the site managers for execution.
• Creating supplementary and working calculations.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Construction Technician.
• Several years of experience as a Cost Estimator, ideally in concrete repair.
• An independent way of working and a healthy dose of assertiveness.
