Tasks at KS Engineering:

• Checking contracts during tenders based on various criteria (VOB contracts, functional performance descriptions, and other contract docs)
• Risk assessments regarding potential changes in construction time
• Putting together the basis for claims regarding the construction contract
• Setting up change order offers on time and according to contract in collaboration with site management and relevant departments
• Preparing and processing construction time claims, e.g., in the context of disrupted construction workflows
• Ensuring contract-relevant documentation and supporting correspondence
• Preparing and carrying out claim negotiations, as well as pushing through compensation claims
• Checking expert reports, offers, and subcontractor claims for accuracy

What we're looking for:

• A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Construction), or Business Admin with a focus on construction operations/management, or a construction technician with work experience
• Knowledge in construction operations, construction contract law, scheduling, and estimation
• Good skills in MS Office, iTWO, and scheduling software, plus very good German skills
• Team player with a confident manner, strong communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
