What's in it for you

• Getting and evaluating quotes from suppliers and partner companies
• Independent calculation and creation of quotes in iTWO
• Technical and economic assessment of tender documents in coordination with work preparation, planning, project management, purchasing, and the client/employer
• Technical preliminary clarification with project participants
• Processing and calculating tenders, as well as managing them
• Creating construction and service descriptions
• Creating quotes in exchange with the customer and developing solution concepts
• Participating in contract award meetings and technical clarification with clients
• Checking, maintaining, and adjusting calculation databases and price overviews
• Evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotes

What you bring to the table

• Successfully completed technical training or degree (e.g., civil engineering specializing in timber construction, timber technician (m/f/d), master carpenter (m/f/d), or similar qualification) and ideally some initial practical experience in a similar role
• Professional experience in estimation or timber construction is a plus
• A high degree of technical and economic understanding and a sense of responsibility
• Understanding of technical drawings, structural analysis, and building physics
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working and a strong knack for numbers
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and team orientation
• High organizational competence
• Confident use of MS Office, experience with the iTWO calculation program is desired but not a must
