Estimator (m/f/d) for infrastructure projects in Stuttgart

We’re looking for a Cost Estimator (m/f/d) for infrastructure projects in Stuttgart on behalf of our client.

A leading construction firm specializing in civil engineering, roadwork, structural engineering, and railway construction is looking for backup. Come join a powerhouse partner and help bring major projects to life.

Where you’ll shine:

• Use your know-how to help pick and win projects in structural engineering (bridges) or civil/road construction.
• Analyze and evaluate tender documents for your specific field.
• Take the lead on creating cost estimates and detailed bid calculations.
• Work with the purchasing team and technical leads to request and review subcontractor quotes.
• Coordinate closely with department heads and other project stakeholders on bids.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or a similar qualification.
• Several years of experience as an Estimator, Site Manager, or Work Planner in bridge building or civil/road construction.
• Solid skills in estimation software (ideally RIB iTWO) and you’re a pro with MS Office.
• Our client can count on your deep knowledge of current pricing and performance standards, and ideally, your familiarity with local subcontractors and suppliers.
• You’re a total team player with a business-oriented mindset and a reliable, independent way of working.
