Tasks at KS Engineering:

• Independent and complete preparation of bids for projects in the field of gutting and hazardous material remediation for public and private clients
• Assessment and review of tender documents
• Quantity checks, performance estimates, and cost calculations
• Creation of economical bids and order calculations as well as supplements
• Leading contract negotiations and responsibility for the bidding process until a construction contract is signed
• Project handover to site management for execution
• Preparation of supplementary bids
• Equipment and material scheduling
• Disposal logistics
• Creation of initial measurements on construction sites
• Preparation of risk assessments and project plans
• Project handover to site management

What we're looking for:

• A successfully completed degree in civil engineering (m/f/d) or training as a construction technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience as an estimator (m/f/d), ideally in the field of gutting or demolition
• An independent way of working and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of VOB is desirable
