Tasks at KS Engineering:

• Independently handling and completing quotes for gutting and hazardous material remediation projects for public and private clients
• Checking and evaluating tender documents
• Quantity surveys, performance assessments, and cost calculations
• Creating cost-effective quotes, project estimates, and change orders
• Leading contract negotiations and taking charge of the bidding process until the construction contract is signed
• Handing over projects to the site management for execution
• Creating quotes for extra work
• Career path to Team Lead (m/f/d) for Estimating is open

What we're looking for:

• A degree in civil engineering or training as a construction technician
• Several years of experience as an estimator, ideally in gutting or demolition
• An independent way of working and the ability to get things done
• Good knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) is a plus
