Estimator (m/f/d) Structural Renovation

We’re looking for a Construction Estimator (m/f/d) specializing in structural restoration on behalf of our client.

Your tasks:

• Taking full charge of creating bids for concrete repair projects
• Reviewing and evaluating tender documents
• Checking quantities, estimating performance, and determining costs
• Creating cost-effective bids, job calculations, and change orders
• Leading contract negotiations and managing the bidding process right up to the signed contract
• Handing over projects to site managers for execution
• Handling supplementary and working calculations

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Construction Technician
• Several years of experience as an Estimator, ideally in concrete restoration
• An independent work style and the ability to hold your own
