Your Role

As a Service Technician for Video Surveillance, you’ll be the go-to person for installing, maintaining, and repairing modern video systems. You’ll work independently on projects, make sure camera systems are running perfectly, and help customers with technical questions or upgrades.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Installing, configuring, and setting up video surveillance systems
• Maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of existing systems
• Network integration and system testing
• Documenting all work and adjustments
• Creating technical docs and system sketches
• Talking to customers, giving demos, and training users
• Optional work on fire alarms (BMA), voice alerts (SAA), or intruder alarms (EMA) depending on your experience
• Taking part in the on-call rotation

What makes you a great fit

• A completed vocational degree in electrical engineering, IT, or telecommunications (e.g., electronics technician for energy/building systems, devices/systems, or IT systems integration)
• Several years of experience in video surveillance / CCTV
• Solid knowledge of networking (VLAN, IP addressing, protocols)
• Experience in at least one other area is a plus: fire alarms, voice alerts, or intruder alarms
• Knowledge of relevant video tech standards is a bonus
• A valid driver’s license (Class B)
• An independent, organized, and solution-oriented way of working
• Great communication skills, a team player attitude, and a focus on the customer
• A professional, reliable, and friendly vibe
• Basic knowledge of business, IT, and software
• Fluent German skills
