Your Role in the Company

As a Service Technician for video surveillance, you're responsible for the proper installation, maintenance, and servicing of modern video surveillance systems. You work independently on projects, ensure the operational safety of our camera systems, and support our customers with technical questions and upgrades.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of video surveillance systems
• Maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of existing video systems
• Integration, network connection, and system testing
• Documentation of all work performed and adjustments made
• Creation of technical documents and system sketches
• Customer consultations, briefings, and training
• Optional work on fire alarm systems (BMA), voice alarm systems (SAA), or intrusion alarm systems (EMA) depending on experience
• Participation in on-call service

What Sets You Apart

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, information and communication technology, or similar fields, e.g., electronics technician for energy and building technology, electronics technician for devices and systems, information electronics technician, or IT specialist for system integration
• Several years of experience in video surveillance/CCTV
• Knowledge of network technology (VLAN, IP addressing, protocols)
• Experience in at least one other area is desirable: BMA, SAA, or EMA
• Knowledge of relevant video technology standards is an advantage
• Class B driver's license
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and customer orientation
• Confident, reliable, and friendly demeanor
• Basic knowledge of business management, IT, and computing
• Fluent German language skills
