Your Role in the Company
As a Service Technician, you're responsible for the proper installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarm systems (BMA) and voice alarm systems (SAA). You work independently on projects, ensure the reliability of our systems, and are on standby for quick responses when needed.
Your tasks at a glance:
- Installation, programming, and commissioning of BMA and SAA
- Maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of existing systems, including documentation
- Creation and maintenance of technical documents (wiring diagrams, connection documents, object sketches)
- Performing measurement and testing tasks according to applicable regulations
- Communication and coordination with customers, as well as conducting on-site or remote training sessions
- Recording customer information and closely collaborating with project management for order billing
- Participation in on-call service
What Sets You Apart
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, information and communication technology, or similar fields, e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, Information Electronics Technician, or IT Specialist for System Integration
- Several years of experience in BMA and SAA, installation, service, commissioning, and maintenance
- Knowledge of relevant standards: DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675, DIN 4102, MLAR
- Class B driver's license
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and customer orientation
- Confident, reliable, and friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of business management, IT, and computing
- Fluent German language skills
