Your Role in the Company
In this position, you are responsible for the proper installation, maintenance, and servicing of security systems. You work independently on a variety of projects, ensuring our systems function reliably—from setup to commissioning to long-term support.

You work independently on diverse projects, ensuring that audio, video, and control systems function reliably—from commissioning to long-term support.Your tasks at a glance:
- Installation, setup, and support of media technology systems integrated into security systems (e.g., video surveillance, voice alarm, access control systems)
- Configuration and programming of audio, video, and control technology, including networking via IP systems
- Network-based integration, error analysis, and system optimization
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation according to the QM system
- Customer training and instruction in the operation of media technology components
- Communication and coordination with project management, customers, and suppliers
- Participation in on-call service
What Sets You Apart
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, information and communication technology, or comparable fields, e.g., electronics technician for energy and building technology, electronics technician for devices and systems, information electronics technician, or IT specialist for system integration
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, security technology, or IT system technology
- Experience in installation, service, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems
- In-depth knowledge in at least one of the areas: intrusion alarm systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), video surveillance, access control, voice alarm systems (SAA) / electroacoustic systems (ELA)
- Knowledge of relevant standards: DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675, DIN 4102, MLAR
- Basic knowledge in business management, IT, and computing
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- High reliability, commitment, and willingness to perform
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and pronounced customer orientation
- Confident, binding, and friendly demeanor
- Fluent German skills (C1)
- Class B driver's license
