Your Role

In this position, you’ll be responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems. You’ll work independently on various projects, ensuring everything runs reliably—from setup and commissioning to long-term support.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Installing, managing, and integrating media technology systems within security setups (e.g., video surveillance, voice alarms, access control).
• Configuring and programming audio, video, and control tech, including IP networking.
• Network-based integration, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Creating and maintaining technical docs according to quality management standards.
• Briefing and training customers on how to use the media components.
• Coordinating with project managers, customers, and suppliers.
• Taking part in the on-call rotation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A completed vocational degree in electrical engineering, IT, or telecommunications (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy/Building Systems, Systems Integration Specialist, etc.).
• Several years of experience in electrical engineering, security tech, or IT systems.
• Hands-on experience in assembly, service, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems.
• Solid knowledge in at least one area: Intrusion Alarms (EMA), Fire Alarms (BMA), Video Surveillance, Access Control, or Voice Alarms (SAA/ELA).
• Familiarity with relevant standards (DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of business admin and IT.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• High reliability, commitment, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.
• A professional and friendly demeanor.
• Fluent German (C1 level).
• A valid driver’s license (Class B).
