
Master Electrician (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Master Electrician (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
Our client is a leading player in the construction industry, actively helping to shape the regional energy transition. They focus on planning, installing, and maintaining PV systems, heat pumps, and modern energy management. You can expect flat hierarchies, a startup vibe combined with high-end tech, and a dedicated team working together on sustainable solutions.
Your Tasks
· Planning, testing, and signing off on electrical systems, including measurement and test reports · Coordinating with project management and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the technical side · Helping out with the installation of heat pump systems and energy distribution (inverters and battery storage) · Making sure all electrical standards, regulations, and safety guidelines are followed · Acting as the technical go-to person for project management and customers · Playing an active role in developing standards, processes, and technical solutions
Your Profile
· A Master Craftsman qualification in electronics or a similar field with leadership experience · Several years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade, ideally with PV installations or renewable energy · Strong leadership skills, initiative, and a focus on quality · Great communication skills and a team-oriented, customer-friendly attitude · Class B driver’s license · Good German skills (written and spoken)
