Your Role

In this position, you’ll help set up modern security systems and make sure projects are handled professionally and reliably. You’ll work closely with the tech and project teams to ensure fire alarms, intruder alerts, video surveillance, access control, and voice alarm systems are installed safely and ready to go.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Installing and mounting electrical components for security tech (e.g., fire alarms, intruder alerts, or CCTV).
• Setting up and documenting wiring networks, cable trays, and communication cabling.
• Helping prep security systems for commissioning.
• Carrying out installation work according to technical specs and industry standards.
• Working closely with project managers and service techs to keep things running smoothly.
• Working in a careful, structured way based on technical plans and installation docs.
• Taking responsibility for tools, materials, and safety regulations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A completed technical vocational qualification, such as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Devices and Systems, Information Electronics, or something similar.
• Ideally, some initial experience installing cable systems and electrical tech.
• An interest in security systems and a willingness to learn the ropes of fire alarms, intruder alerts, access control, CCTV, or voice alarm systems.
• An independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
• A friendly, professional manner and good communication skills.
• Responsibility and motivation to work in a high-tech environment.
