Your Role in the Company

In this position, you represent our entire portfolio of electronic security technology – from fire alarm systems (BMA) and intrusion detection technology (EMA) to video surveillance, access control systems, voice alarm systems (SAA), and electroacoustic systems (ELA). You identify customer needs, develop suitable technical solution concepts, and accompany the entire sales process to a successful conclusion. With your technical understanding and consulting skills, you sustainably strengthen the market position of the G&N Group.

Your tasks at a glance:

  • Actively acquiring new customers in the field of electronic security technology
  • Supporting and expanding selected existing customers, including analyzing modernization and expansion potentials
  • Determining customer requirements and developing tailored solutions (BMA, EMA, Video, Access Control, SAA, ELA)
  • Presenting our systems and services at decision-maker and user levels
  • Close coordination with technology, project management, and service to develop customer-specific offers
  • Accompanying offer processes, solution and project business, and supporting negotiations
  • Observing market and technology trends and identifying new business opportunities in the security environment
  • Creating and maintaining process descriptions and documentation to ensure smooth sales processes
  • Contributing to the optimization of internal processes, especially for quality assurance in service and customer communication

What Sets You Apart

  • Completed technical or commercial training with further education as a technician, master, or degree – ideally in the field of electrical engineering, communication technology, or security technology
  • Several years of professional experience in security technology with a solid understanding of systems like BMA, EMA, video surveillance, access control, SAA, and ELA
  • Knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g., DIN 14675, VDE 0833, EN 54) is an advantage
  • Experience in technical sales, especially in solution and project business
  • Strong technical understanding combined with business thinking
  • Communication and negotiation skills at eye level with customers, partner companies, and technical departments
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with high initiative
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to present complex technical content understandably
  • Fluent German skills (C1)
