Safety Technician (m/f/d) in Stade

We’re looking for a Security Technician (m/f/d) in Stade on behalf of our client.

A leading player in the construction industry, our client stands for modern security and electrical engineering, focusing on intrusion detection, fire alarms, and video tech. As a VdS-certified specialist, they develop custom security concepts and handle projects reliably from planning all the way to maintenance.

In this job, you’ll use your hands to build security solutions you can be proud of at the end of the day. Depending on the projects, you’ll work in Stade and the surrounding area or the Hamburg region on large, demanding client projects—for example, in the pharmaceutical industry—implementing complex security systems.

The Tasks

• You’ll install fire alarm systems (BMA), intrusion detection systems (EMA), and video surveillance (Video).
• You’ll work with well-known manufacturers. If you’re missing any specific knowledge, we’ll get you up to speed with targeted training.
• You’ll make sure our clients' security systems run reliably, handling everything from maintenance to repairs.
• You’ll analyze technical faults, fix issues independently, and ensure the quality and reliable function of the systems.
• You’ll document your work on your own.
• By participating in our on-call service, you’ll proactively advise clients and help out during emergencies.

The Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Electrical Installer, Information Electronics Technician, or something similar.
• Experience in security technology (fire alarms, intrusion detection, video) and a willingness to keep learning.
• A reliable and responsible way of working.
• Diligence and high quality standards.
• A Class B driver’s license.

The Offer

• Pay & Security: You can expect a collectively agreed annual gross salary including a 13th-month bonus, plus company health insurance.
• Predictable Hours & Vacation: Our client usually works 40 hours a week from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and until 1:30 PM on Fridays. Overtime is managed via a time account. You get 30 days of vacation based on a 5-day week. Plus, you can opt for 4 extra "plus" days or 6 "minus" days through salary conversion.
