Your Role in the Company

In this position, you’ll be responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems. You’ll work independently on a variety of projects and ensure that systems run reliably—from setup and commissioning to long-term support.

Your Tasks at a Glance:

• Independent assembly, installation, programming, and commissioning of intrusion detection systems (IDS).
• Creating and maintaining all technical documents like wiring plans, connection records, and site sketches, including documentation according to the QM system.
• Carrying out measurement and testing tasks and creating the corresponding reports.
• Maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of existing systems, including detailed documentation.
• Communicating and coordinating with customers, clients, and suppliers, as well as providing on-site, phone, or remote customer briefings and training.
• Gathering customer info (e.g., regarding order expansions, special requests, or satisfaction) and working closely with the Project Manager on billing.
• Participating in the on-call rotation.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, info/comm technology, or similar fields (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Devices and Systems, Information Electronics, or IT Specialist for System Integration).
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, security tech, or IT system technology.
• Hands-on experience in the assembly, service, commissioning, and maintenance of intrusion detection systems (IDS).
• Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures (e.g., DIN, VDE, VdS).
• Basic knowledge of business administration, computers, and IT.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• High reliability, commitment, and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a clear focus on the customer.
• A confident, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Business-fluent German (C1).
• Class B driver’s license.
