Welcome to Hanover!
Our client is a top player in the construction industry with nearly 60 years of expertise in security and telecommunications—ranging from fire alarms and voice evacuation systems to full-scale security solutions for businesses of all sizes. - Communicating with customers, clients, and suppliers, as well as providing on-site, phone, or remote training and support.
- Gathering customer feedback (e.g., on extra orders or satisfaction) and working closely with the Project Manager on billing.
- Taking part in the on-call rotation.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- A completed vocational degree in electrical engineering, IT/telecommunications, or similar (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Systems Electronics Technician, or IT Specialist for System Integration).

- Hands-on experience in the assembly, service, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures (e.g., DIN, VDE, VdS).
- Basic knowledge of business admin and IT.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
