Depending on your experience, you can work at one of our locations in Germany - as a (career) newcomer, you’ll preferably start in Wartenberg-Angersbach or Langenfeld to ensure the best possible environment for your onboarding.


Your Role in the Company

In this position, you play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are executed economically and professionally. You create well-founded calculations, evaluate technical documents, and support project management and sales in offer and order processing. Your work lays the foundation for efficient, compliant, and economical projects in the field of security technology.

Your tasks at a glance:

  • Creating calculations and offers for projects in the areas of fire alarm systems, intrusion detection systems, access control systems, video surveillance, as well as voice alarm and electroacoustic systems
  • Analyzing service descriptions, technical drawings, and project documentation
  • Determining material, labor, and machine costs and evaluating subcontractor offers and supplier conditions
  • Optimizing cost structures and developing economical solutions
  • Close collaboration with sales, project management, and technology for timely and precise offer submission
  • Maintaining and developing calculation databases, price lists, and templates
  • Participating in contract negotiations, contract reviews, and order processing

What Sets You Apart

  • Completed technical training or studies, e.g., in construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in calculating technical projects or in offer management, ideally in the field of security technology
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, ideally experience with calculation software like RIB iTWO, Excel, or SAP
  • Technical understanding combined with business thinking
  • Careful, structured, and analytical work approach
  • Team player, strong communication skills, and confident demeanor
  • Independence, responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent German skills in speaking and writing (C1)
