Your role in the company

In this position, you'll be responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems. You'll work independently on various projects and ensure systems run reliably—from setup and commissioning to long-term support.

Your tasks at a glance:

  • Independent assembly, installation, programming, and commissioning of voice alarm systems (SAA) and electroacoustic systems (ELA)
  • Creating and maintaining all technical documents like wiring plans, connection records, and site sketches, including documentation according to the QM system
  • Carrying out measurement and testing tasks according to current standards (DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675) and creating the relevant protocols
  • Maintenance, service, and troubleshooting on existing systems including detailed documentation
  • Communicating and coordinating with customers, clients, and suppliers, as well as customer briefings, training, and support on-site, by phone, or remotely
  • Recording customer info, e.g., regarding order expansions, customer requests, or satisfaction, and working closely with the project manager on billing
  • Participating in the on-call service

What makes you stand out:

  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, info and communication technology, or similar fields, e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, Information Electronics Technician, or IT Specialist for System Integration
  • Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, security technology, or IT system technology
  • Hands-on experience in assembly, service, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems
  • Solid knowledge of voice alarm systems (SAA) and electroacoustic systems (ELA)
  • Knowledge of relevant standards: DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675, DIN 4102, MLAR
  • Basic knowledge of business administration, computers, and IT
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
  • High reliability, commitment, and willingness to perform
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a clear customer focus
  • Confident, reliable, and friendly demeanor
  • Business-fluent German skills (C1)
  • Class B driver's license
