Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. We want someone driven who can lead operations and project teams with great organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and a real hands-on attitude. • You’ll be in charge of the project managers who coordinate our electricians.
• You’ll oversee PV system installations, electrical prep work for heat pumps, and service calls for existing customers.
• You’ll analyze and tweak processes to make sure projects run smoothly.
• You’ll coordinate with grid operators and find custom solutions for tricky technical cases.
• You’ll handle structured stakeholder management and work closely with other departments.
• You’ll support the professional and personal growth of your team.

Qualifications

• You have a background/training in electrical engineering.
• You’re a certified Master Electrician (Handwerksmeister) or an Industrial Master (Industriemeister) with a TREI certificate.
• You have several years of experience in the construction industry and have already dipped your toes into leadership.
• You’re experienced in dealing with grid operators and ideally know your way around PV systems and heat pumps.
• You have a proactive hands-on mentality and feel comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• You speak good German; any other languages are a plus.
