We’re looking for a Master Electrician for PV Systems (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

To grow the team, we’re looking for a dedicated Master Electrician who can efficiently manage operational workflows and project teams with great organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and a hands-on mentality. Your tasks:

  • You’ll be responsible for personnel, leading project managers who coordinate the electronics technicians.
  • You’ll oversee PV system completion, electrical prep work for heat pumps, and service calls for existing customers.
  • You’ll analyze and optimize processes to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • You’ll coordinate with grid operators and find custom solutions for special technical cases.
  • You’ll handle structured stakeholder management and work closely with other departments.
  • You’ll support the professional and personal growth of your team members.

Your qualifications:

  • You have a degree or vocational training in electrical engineering.
  • You are a certified Master Craftsman (Handwerksmeister) in electrical engineering or a Master Industrial Foreman (Industriemeister) including a TREI certificate.
  • You have several years of professional experience in construction and have already gained some initial leadership experience.
  • You have experience dealing with grid operators and ideally have prior knowledge of photovoltaics and heat pumps.
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality and feel comfortable working in dynamic environments.
  • You speak good German; any additional languages are a plus.
