Electrical & Network Technician (m/f/d)

Your Role in the Company

In this position, you’ll make sure modern electrical and network systems are reliably installed and ready to go. You’ll handle the professional setup and installation of security systems (fire alarms, intrusion detection, voice alerts, PA systems, video surveillance) and prep the systems so the service technicians can get them running smoothly. With your expertise, you’ll play a key role in making sure projects are structured and the quality of the solutions is always top-notch.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Independently installing, commissioning, and testing electrical systems as well as modern data and communication networks.
• Setting up, testing, and documenting network structures (LAN, WLAN, IP-based systems).
• Carrying out measurements, error analysis, and troubleshooting during the setup phase.
• Supporting the planning, technical development, and documentation of projects.
• Working closely with project management, IT, and external service providers.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, safety, and quality requirements.
• Prepping systems for operation by service technicians.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Completed training as an Electronics Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or a similar qualification.
• Further training as a state-certified technician in the field of electrical or network engineering.
• Good knowledge of network technology (e.g., LAN/WLAN, IP, switches, routers).
• Experience in electrical installation and using measurement/testing equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant standards like VDE or DIN.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Service-oriented, strong communication skills, and a team player.
• Business-fluent German (C1).
• Class B driver’s license.
