We’re looking for a Security Systems Service Technician (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Your Role in the Company
In this position, you’ll be responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems. You’ll work independently on a variety of projects and ensure our systems run reliably—from setup and commissioning to long-term support.
Your tasks at a glance:
- Independent assembly, installation, programming, and commissioning of intruder alarms, fire alarms, access control systems, video surveillance, voice alarms, and electro-acoustic systems.
- Creating and maintaining all technical docs like wiring plans, connection records, and site sketches, including documentation according to the QM system.
- Carrying out measurements and testing according to current standards (DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675) and writing up the reports.
- Maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of existing systems, including detailed documentation.
- Communicating and coordinating with customers, clients, and suppliers, as well as providing on-site, phone, or remote training and support.
- Gathering customer info (e.g., on order expansions or satisfaction) and working closely with the Project Manager on billing.
- Taking part in the on-call rotation.
What Makes You Stand Out
- A completed vocational degree in electrical engineering, info/comm tech, or similar—e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Devices and Systems, Information Electronics, or IT Systems Integration.
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, security tech, or IT systems.
- Hands-on experience in the assembly, service, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems.
- Solid knowledge in at least one area: intruder alarms, fire alarms, video surveillance, access control, or voice/electro-acoustic systems.
- Knowledge of relevant standards: DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675, DIN 4102, MLAR.
- Basic knowledge of business admin, IT, and computers.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- High reliability, commitment, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Strong communication skills, a team player mindset, and a focus on the customer.
- A confident, professional, and friendly manner.
- Business-fluent German (C1).
- A Class B driver’s license.
