Additionally – depending on your experience and qualifications – you'll take on tasks in other security systems such as intrusion alarm systems (EMA), access control systems (ZUKO), voice alarm systems (SAA), video systems, or nurse call systems. You'll work independently in the field and stay in close contact with project management and the back office.

  • Maintenance, repair, and service of BMA systems according to current regulations and guidelines
  • Carrying out service calls as part of troubleshooting
  • Depending on experience: working on EMA, ZUKO, SAA, video, and nurse call systems
  • Programming, adjustment, and commissioning of systems (depending on qualification)
  • Ensuring reliable system operation at the customer's site
  • Documentation of work performed and maintenance of technical documents
  • Confident handling of circuit diagrams and technical system understanding
  • Customer communication on-site and system training
  • Close coordination with project management and the back office
  • Participation in on-call service

What makes you stand out

  • Completed technical training, e.g., as an electronics technician (m/f/d) for energy and building technology, information electronics technician (m/f/d), or similar
  • Experience in the field of fire alarm systems (BMA) is absolutely necessary
  • Knowledge of other security systems (EMA, ZUKO, SAA, video, nurse call) is a plus, but not a must
  • High willingness to learn and motivation to develop further in security technology
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Customer-oriented appearance and good communication skills
  • Sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Class B driver's license
