Your role in the company

In this position, you'll support the organization and further development of the service and project business in the field of security technology. You'll gradually take on responsibility for coordinating service technicians as well as for operational processes and develop into an independent project management role over time. You'll work closely with the management.

Your tasks at a glance

• Support in planning, controlling, and coordinating service and project orders
• Operational coordination and scheduling for a team of currently five service technicians
• Participation in the further development of maintenance and service concepts
• Support in the professional leadership and development of the service team
• Managing day-to-day business (operational and administrative) in the service area
• Analyzing and optimizing processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Support in customer management and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Creating reports, evaluations, and documentation
• Participation in quality assurance and cost control

What makes you stand out

• Completed studies, master craftsman, or technician training – ideally in the field of electrical engineering / security technology
• Initial experience in technical service, project work, or coordination is a plus
• Interest in leadership responsibility and developing into a project manager (m/f/d)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner towards customers and employees
• Team spirit and a sense of responsibility
• Proficient with standard Office applications
• Class B driver's license
