What you will do with us

Details about the role and requirements

Are you a trained electronics technician and looking for a job that goes way beyond standard installations? Do you want to work on highly specialized tech and make sure our historic cog railway and modern barrier systems are controlled with total safety? At our workshop in Grainau, a unique technical environment is waiting for you, where you can grow into a real specialist for railway and signaling technology. Your scope of work with us: After an intensive and careful internal onboarding, you'll take on varied tasks involving our railway and energy infrastructure: * Focus on signaling: You'll work as a signaling technician for our cog railway's interlocking technology and the barrier systems (we'll handle all the training here). * Classic electrical installation: You'll take care of general electrical installations as well as maintenance and repair of low-voltage electrical systems. * Medium-voltage specialty: You'll work on medium-voltage systems (we'll train you internally and get you up to speed with targeted courses). * 24/7 Safety: Once you're settled in, you'll help out with weekend troubleshooting and on-call shifts (e.g., in the area of railway power supply and signaling). * Strong team player: If needed, you'll flexibly support other departments in the company. What makes you stand out: * Your foundation: A successfully completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician for energy and building technology or a similar electrical trade. * Way of working: You like working independently, you're a reliable hands-on person, and you keep your cool even during tricky troubleshooting. * Flexibility: You're ready for flexible assignments and willing to do on-call and weekend shifts (after thorough training). * Eagerness to learn: You're genuinely interested in learning new things and diving into the exciting specialized fields of railway power supply and interlocking technology.
