Your role in the company

As an Estimator (m/f/d), you will take over the technical and economic preparation of offers in the field of security technology. You are the central interface in the bidding phase and ensure that customer inquiries and tenders result in sound, realistic, and competitive calculations. You advise customers and internal contacts on technical solutions and products – without active sales – and ensure that all offers are technically and economically consistent.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Acceptance, checking, and structured processing of customer inquiries as well as service specifications and tenders
• Independent creation, calculation, and follow-up of offers
• Obtaining and evaluating supplier offers
• Conducting price and contract negotiations with customers and partners
• Close cooperation with technology, sales, CAD, and internal sales
• Support of ongoing projects from a commercial perspective

What sets you apart

• Completed technical or commercial training with further education (technician, master craftsman, or similar), ideally in the field of electrical engineering, communications technology, or security technology
• Experience in security technology and ideally confident handling of systems such as fire alarm systems (BMA), intrusion alarm systems (EMA), video surveillance, access control, voice alarm systems (SAA), and electro-acoustic systems (ELA)
• Strong technical understanding combined with business thinking
• Communication and negotiation skills on an equal footing with customers, partner companies, and technical departments (without sales activity)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working as well as high initiative
• Enjoyment in combining technology, calculation, and customer communication
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to present complex technical content clearly
• Business-fluent German skills (C1)
