  • Creating and maintaining all technical docs like wiring plans, connection records, and site sketches, including documentation according to the QM system.

  • Maintenance, service, and troubleshooting of existing systems, including detailed documentation.
  • Communicating and coordinating with customers, clients, and suppliers, as well as providing on-site, phone, or remote training and support.
  • Gathering customer info (e.g., regarding order expansions or satisfaction) and working closely with the project manager on billing.
  • Participating in the on-call rotation.

What makes you a great fit

  • A completed vocational degree in electrical engineering, info/comm tech, or similar fields (e.g., electronics technician for energy/building systems, devices/systems, or IT system integration).
  • Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, security tech, or IT systems.
  • Hands-on experience in the assembly, service, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems.
  • Solid knowledge in at least one area: intrusion alarms, fire alarms, video surveillance, access control, or voice alarm/electro-acoustic systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards: DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675, DIN 4102, MLAR.
  • Basic knowledge of business admin, IT, and computers.
  • An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • High reliability, commitment, and a "get-it-done" attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a clear focus on the customer.
  • A confident, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Business-fluent German (C1).
