Electrician Team Lead (m/f/d) Timber Construction

We’re looking for an Electrician to step up as a Team Lead (m/f/d) in Timber System Construction for one of our clients.

Location: Wangen im Allgäu area Start Date: ASAP Level: Skilled Professional Hours: Full-time Department: Timber System Construction

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring your assigned team members
• Keeping an eye on safety and quality standards and documenting everything
• Handling general and specialized installation work for commercial and public buildings right in our client’s production hall
• Wiring and building control cabinets and systems based on specs
• Connecting and checking switchgear, building equipment, lighting systems, and more
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating workflows on your own
• Running quality checks and keeping documentation up to speed with company guidelines
• Teaming up and communicating with other team leads and colleagues

What you bring to the table:

• A completed vocational degree as an Electrician, Electrical Installer, Electrical Systems Fitter, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, or something similar
• Solid work experience in electrical engineering
• A good grasp of technical stuff and hands-on skills
• Team spirit, flexibility, and a focus on quality
• An independent, precise, and cost-conscious way of working
• Plenty of drive to help shape this new business field in timber system construction
