Project Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) with Company Car

You're in charge of successfully managing our mostly regional projects and are in constant contact with our clients and their representatives, architects, and planners. You participate in planning and coordination meetings as well as regular site meetings, representing our interests as the contractor. You monitor the progress on-site and the quality of execution. You ensure contract and budget compliance, efficient use of our staff and subcontractors, and a needs-based material flow. You accompany the project from the planning and assembly phase to acceptance and handover to the service team. You manage schedules and budgets, are responsible for timely billing, and regularly report the status of your projects to the company's operations management.

Depending on the type and scope of the project, you'll have a team of employees at your disposal – for example, an experienced site manager will run the construction site. For larger projects, we provide a project accountant to assist you with financial tasks. For technical aspects like creating work and assembly plans, you can rely on the respective departments within the company.

Your Tasks:

• Project management for electrical trades in building technology and/or plant construction and/or control construction and/or energy technology
• Leading a project team with up to 5 employees
• Participating in planning and project meetings
• Leading and coordinating work and assembly planning
• Assisting in awarding supply and work contracts
• Creating and monitoring schedules and budgets
• Ensuring timely and needs-based material disposition
• Project control and monitoring regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
• Identifying and addressing construction process disruptions
• Contract and change order management
• Creating measurements and billing documents or controlling them
• Reporting the status of your projects to operations management

Your Profile:

• Completed technical training suitable for the above-described tasks, e.g., electrician, electrical technician, master electrician, or bachelor/engineer in electrical engineering (m/f/d)
• You have sufficient professional experience in handling orders/projects in electrical trades in one or more of the above-mentioned fields.
• You have knowledge of contract law, especially regarding contract regulations according to VOB/B or work contracts according to BGB.
• You know how to determine construction volumes, create measurements, and handle billing.
• You have successfully led employees before or feel confident in doing so.
• You present yourself confidently in negotiations and discussions, standing firmly for our company's interests.
• A degree, technician, or master qualification is a good prerequisite but not a necessary condition with relevant professional experience.
