Lead Electrician (m/f/d)

You're in charge of organizing the construction site operations and overseeing the assembly and installation work for our mostly regional projects. Working closely with the project management, you represent our interests as the contractor on-site and are the main point of contact for the client and other project participants.

Following the guidelines of our safety specialist, you instruct the employees and subcontractors on work safety. You keep the construction diary and document the personnel used. You organize the workflows according to the schedules and assign the employees to the workstations. You monitor the quality, progress, and safe execution of the services. You document the work outside the contract, record and check the timesheets, control the performance records, and document the status of the execution. You manage the local material warehouse and are the contact person for material deliveries on the construction site. During regular site meetings, you report the status of the site to the project management.

Your tasks:

• Overseeing assembly and installation work and organizing site operations
• Conducting safety briefings according to SiFa guidelines
• Leading assembly personnel and subcontractors
• Recording, creating, and checking performance records
• Material management for site operations

Your profile:

• From beginner to pro in full-time
• Vocational training as an electrician in all fields or electrical installers, possibly with further training as a master or technician (not a requirement)
• You already have sufficient professional experience and are familiar with the processes on a construction site.
• You can assess the technical quality and correct execution and know the essential regulations and standards for electrical systems.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• You are confident in organizing and overseeing assembly and installation work in larger projects with the support of a project manager.
• You confidently represent our interests as the site manager on the construction site.
