Electrical Lead Hand (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Fitter (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

You’ll be working mostly on regional projects, taking charge of site organization and keeping an eye on all assembly and installation work. Working closely with the project management team, you’ll represent the client’s interests on-site and be the go-to person for the client and other project partners.

Following safety guidelines, you’ll brief the team and subcontractors on workplace safety. You’ll keep the site diary, track personnel, organize workflows based on the schedule, and get everyone settled into their tasks. You’ll also monitor quality, progress, and safety, while documenting any extra work, checking timesheets, and keeping track of performance records. You’ll manage the on-site material storage and handle deliveries. Plus, you’ll give regular updates to the project manager on how things are moving along.

Your tasks:

• Overseeing assembly and installation work and organizing site operations
• Running safety briefings based on specialist guidelines
• Leading assembly staff and subcontractors
• Recording, creating, and checking performance records
• Managing material orders for the site

Your profile:

• From beginners to pros, full-time
• Vocational training as an electronics technician (any specialization) or electrical installer—a Master’s or Technician certificate is a plus but not a must
• Solid professional experience and familiarity with how construction sites work
• Ability to judge technical quality and correct execution, with knowledge of key electrical regulations and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Confident in organizing and supervising work on larger projects with support from a project manager
• A professional representative of the client’s interests on-site
