We want you as our Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks: ➡️ Project planning and execution, keeping an eye on quality, costs, capacity, and the scope of delivery/services ➡️ Implementing and rolling out processes ➡️ Coordinating all internal and external interfaces to keep things running smoothly ➡️ Leading internal meetings and checking in with clients to assess and manage project status ➡️ Planning and tracking for quality assurance ➡️ Prepping monthly status meetings ➡️ Creating supplementary offers and progress reports ➡️ Being the go-to person for our clients on all project-related questions
What we’re looking for: ➡️ A degree in a technical field or a similar vocational qualification/further training ➡️ Professional experience in project management, ideally in the shipbuilding sector ➡️ A knack for organizing, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to lead and coordinate teams ➡️ Solid MS Office skills ➡️ Good English skills (written and spoken) ➡️ Strong customer focus, great communication skills, and a real team player attitude ➡️ High level of commitment, loyalty, reliability, independence, and organizational strength
