Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) + Company Car, Home Office, at least 30 days off

We’re looking for an Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. This role comes with a company car, home office options, and at least 30 days of vacation.

A leader in the construction industry, our client focuses on future-proof and sustainable energy storage solutions for commerce, industry, and grid infrastructure to ensure a steady power supply.

When you’re not out on-site, you’ll be working from your home office.

How you’ll power things up:

• From site setup to completion: You’ll plan and oversee the full installation of large-scale energy storage systems for our customers.
• You’ll coordinate subcontractors and implement measures to ensure our quality standards are met on every site.
• You’ll stay in close contact with everyone involved on-site and manage the final inspection and handover alongside the commissioning and project management teams.
• As the Site Manager in charge, you’ll handle health and safety regulations, creating risk assessments and project-related HSE docs.
• You’ll also be the go-to person for service partners or subcontractors during maintenance work on our storage systems.

What you’ve got in your "storage":

• A completed vocational background as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician with several years of experience, or further training as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in site management (specifically in plant construction).
• Hands-on experience with medium-voltage systems—ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching—plus a passion for renewable energy.
• Fluent German and good English skills, along with a strong willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 days a week).
• A diligent, committed personality who always thinks and goes the extra mile.
