Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) + Company Car, Home Office, 30+ Days Vacation

We’re looking for an Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) for one of our clients. This role comes with a company car, home office options, and at least 30 days of vacation. Our client is a leader in the construction industry, focusing on sustainable energy storage solutions for business, industry, and grid infrastructure to keep the power flowing.

When you’re not out on-site, you’ll be working from your home office.

How you’ll power things up:

• From setting up the site to the final finish: You’ll plan and oversee the full installation of large-scale energy storage systems for customers.
• You’ll coordinate subcontractors and make sure everything on-site meets the high quality standards the customers expect.
• You’ll stay in close contact with everyone involved in the project and handle the final handover together with the commissioning and project management teams.
• As the Site Manager in charge, you’ll make sure safety rules are followed, create risk assessments, and handle project-related HSE docs.
• You’ll also be the go-to person for service partners or subcontractors when it comes to maintenance work on the storage systems.

What you bring to the table:

• A background as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics expert with several years of experience. Ideally, you’re a master craftsman, technician, or have a degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience in site management (specifically in plant construction).
• Hands-on experience with medium-voltage systems—bonus points if you’re authorized for medium-voltage switching—plus a real passion for renewable energy.
• Fluent German and good English skills, along with a willingness to travel across the DACH region (4-5 days a week).
• A dedicated, conscientious personality who always thinks one step ahead.
