Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for an Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Our client is a leader in the construction industry, focusing on future-proof and sustainable energy storage solutions for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure to keep the power flowing. Besides your work on-site, you’ll be working from your home office.

How you’ll keep things powered up:

• From setting up the site to the final finish: You’ll plan and oversee the full installation of large-scale energy storage systems for customers.
• You’ll coordinate subcontractors and make sure everything on-site meets high quality standards.
• You’ll stay in close contact with everyone involved on-site and handle the handovers together with the commissioning and project management teams.
• As the Site Manager in charge, you’ll make sure safety rules are followed, create risk assessments, and handle project-related HSE docs.
• You’ll also be the go-to person for service partners or subcontractors when it comes to maintenance work on the storage systems.

What you’ve got in your "storage":

• A background as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician with several years of experience, plus further training as a master craftsman, technician, or a degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience in site management (specifically in plant construction).
• Hands-on experience with medium-voltage systems—ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching—plus a real passion for renewable energy.
• Fluent German and good English skills, along with a willingness to travel across the DACH region (4-5 days a week).
• A diligent, committed personality who always thinks and goes the extra mile.
