Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) + Company Car, Home Office, at least 30 days off

We’re looking for an Electrical Construction Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. This role comes with a company car, home office options, and at least 30 days of vacation.

Our client is a leader in the construction industry, focusing on future-proof and sustainable energy storage solutions for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure to ensure a steady power supply.

The company is based in North Rhine-Westphalia. Besides your work on-site, you’ll be working from your home office.

How you’ll power things up:

• From site setup to completion: You’ll plan and oversee the full installation of large-scale energy storage systems for our customers.
• You’ll coordinate subcontractors and ensure everything meets our quality standards on-site.
• You’ll stay in close contact with everyone involved in the project and manage the final handover together with the commissioning and project management teams.
• As the Construction Manager in charge, you’ll make sure safety regulations are followed, create risk assessments, and handle project-related HSE docs.
• You’ll also be the go-to person for service partners or subcontractors during maintenance work on our storage systems.

What you’ve got in your "storage":

• A background as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician with several years of experience, plus further training as a master craftsman, technician, or a degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience in construction site management (specifically plant engineering).
• Hands-on experience with medium-voltage systems—ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching—plus a passion for renewable energy.
• Very good German and good English skills, along with a willingness to travel across the DACH region (4-5 days a week).
• A diligent, committed personality who always thinks and goes the extra mile.
