Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for an Electrical Construction Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Our client is all about future-proof and sustainable energy storage solutions for commerce, industry, and grid infrastructure to ensure a steady power supply.

How you’ll bring the energy:

• From setting up the site to the final finish: You’ll plan and oversee the full installation of large-scale energy storage systems for our customers.
• You’ll coordinate subcontractors and make sure everything on-site meets our high quality standards.
• You’ll stay in close contact with everyone involved on-site and manage the final inspection and handover alongside the commissioning and project management teams.
• As the Construction Manager in charge, you’ll handle safety regulations, create risk assessments, and take care of project-related HSE docs.
• You’ll also be the go-to person for service partners or subcontractors when it comes to maintenance work on our storage systems.

What’s already in your "storage":

• A completed apprenticeship as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician with several years of experience, or further training as a master craftsman, technician, or a degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience in construction site management (ideally in plant engineering).
• Hands-on experience with medium-voltage systems—ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching—plus a real passion for renewable energy.
• Very good German and good English skills, and a strong willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 days a week).
• A conscientious, committed personality who always thinks and goes the extra mile.
