Product Support Specialist / Master Electrician in Hamburg (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Product Supporter / Master Electrician (m/f/d) in Hamburg on behalf of our client.

Our client keeps Germany moving. As a leader in the construction industry, they make sure everything runs smoothly at public gas stations and EV charging hubs. For their Hamburg location, they’re looking for a Master Electrician who wants to take charge as a Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK), consultant, and instructor to take their nationwide team to the next level.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your contribution: More than just electrical work

• Mentor and Trainer: Working with the Technical Manager, you’ll organize product support and act as a technical consultant for service techs in the field, helping them solve complex issues via phone, Teams, or on-site.
• Knowledge Multiplier: You’ll design modern training sessions for E-mobility and gas station tech and lead them yourself—getting the team ready for the future.
• Responsibility: You’ll take on the role of VEFK and instructor, ensuring safety and standards (DIN VDE) are met across the organization.
• The Link: You’ll advise customers and team members on technical and regulatory questions as a peer.

YOUR PROFILE

Master’s certificate and a "get-it-done" attitude

• Qualification: You’re a Master Electrician (Meister) and eager to dive deep into transformer systems, transducers, and modern charging infrastructure.
• Mindset: You’re a great communicator, a self-starter, and you genuinely enjoy teaching others.
• Mobility: You’re happy to head out to construction sites or branch offices to be with the teams (willingness to travel).
• Expertise: Ideally, you have switching authorization or the drive to learn about high-voltage areas and complex measurement protocols.
