Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) + Company Car, Home Office, at least 30 days off

We’re looking for an Electrical Construction Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

A leader in the construction industry, this company is all about future-proof and sustainable energy storage solutions for commerce, industry, and grid infrastructure to keep the power flowing.

The office is easy to get to, but when you’re not out on-site, you’ll be working from your home office.

How you’ll power things up:

• From setting up the site to the final finish: You’ll plan and oversee the full installation of large-scale energy storage systems for customers.
• You’ll coordinate subcontractors and make sure quality standards are met on every site.
• You’ll stay in close contact with everyone involved on-site and handle the handover and acceptance process alongside the commissioning and project management teams.
• As the manager in charge, you’ll ensure all safety regulations are followed, create risk assessments, and handle project-related HSE docs.
• You’ll also be the go-to person for service partners or subcontractors during maintenance work on the storage systems.

What’s already in your "storage":

• A background as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics engineer with several years of experience, plus further training as a master craftsman, technician, or a degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience in construction site management (ideally in plant engineering).
• Hands-on experience with medium-voltage systems—ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching—plus a real passion for renewable energy.
• Very good German and good English skills, along with a willingness to travel across the DACH region (4-5 days a week).
• A diligent, committed personality who always thinks and goes the extra mile.
