What you will do with us
You'll lead electrical engineering projects for high-voltage systems and coordinate the planning, implementation, and commissioning. Together with our team, you'll make sure the tech, deadlines, and project goals are all perfectly in sync. What's in it for you? * You'll plan and coordinate high-voltage projects in primary technology; from design to final sign-off * You'll develop specs and check plans according to IEC 61936 / VDE 0101 * You'll help out purchasing with technical details and be the go-to person for suppliers * You'll coordinate schedules, budgets, and teamwork among everyone involved * You'll oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of switchgear and transformers * You'll stay in close contact with the customer and run regular project meetings * You'll handle the technical documentation and make sure everything is safe and follows the rules * You'll calculate grounding systems and short-circuit forces (IEC 60865) and help with analysis and planning What should you bring to the table? * A degree in energy technology, electrical engineering, or a similar background * Several years of experience planning HV substations, primary, and secondary technology * A good handle on standards and regulations (IEC, EN, VDE) * Experience working with international teams and strong communication skills * Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and technical documentation * Analytical thinking, a sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset * Willingness to travel and business-level German skills
