Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) + Company Car, Home Office, 30+ Days Vacation

We’re looking for an Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. This role comes with a company car, home office options, and at least 30 days of vacation.

Our client is a leader in the construction industry, specializing in future-proof and sustainable energy storage solutions for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure to ensure a steady power supply.

The company is based in the NRW region. When you’re not out on-site, you’ll be working from your home office.

How you’ll power things up:

• From site setup to completion: You’ll plan and oversee the full installation of large-scale energy storage systems for our customers.
• You’ll coordinate subcontractors and ensure everything on-site meets our high quality standards.
• You’ll stay in close contact with everyone involved on-site and manage the final handover together with the commissioning and project management teams.
• As the Site Manager in charge, you’ll handle health and safety regulations, create risk assessments, and manage project-related HSE docs.
• You’ll also be the go-to person for service partners or subcontractors during maintenance work on our storage systems.

What you bring to the table:

• A completed background as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician with several years of experience, plus further training as a master craftsman, technician, or a degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience in site management (specifically in plant construction).
• Hands-on experience with medium-voltage systems—ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching—plus a passion for renewable energy.
• Very good German and good English skills, along with a strong willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 days a week).
• A conscientious, dedicated personality who always thinks and goes the extra mile.
