Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) + Company Car, Home Office, 30+ Days Vacation

We’re looking for an Electrical Construction Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Our client is all about future-proof and sustainable energy storage solutions for commerce, industry, and grid infrastructure to keep the power flowing.

Besides your work on-site, you’ll be working from your home office.

How you’ll keep things powered up:

• From setting up the site to the final finish: You’ll plan and oversee the full installation of large-scale energy storage systems for our customers.
• You’ll coordinate subcontractors and make sure everything on-site meets our high quality standards.
• You’ll stay in close contact with everyone involved on-site and manage the handover and acceptance process alongside the commissioning and project management teams.
• As the manager in charge, you’ll ensure all safety regulations are followed and handle risk assessments and project-related HSE docs.
• You’ll also be the go-to person for service partners or subcontractors during maintenance work on our storage systems.

What you’ve got in your "storage":

• A background as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics engineer with several years of experience, plus further training as a master craftsman, technician, or a degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience in construction site management (ideally in plant engineering).
• Hands-on experience with medium-voltage systems—ideally authorized for medium-voltage switching—plus a real passion for renewable energy.
• Very good German and good English skills, along with a strong willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 days a week).
• A diligent, committed personality who always thinks and goes the extra mile.
