Instructor for Electrical Planning / E-Planning (m/f/d)

Do you want to pass on your electrical planning expertise and get the next generation ready for their future jobs with hands-on training? In this role, you'll share technical know-how, guide young people through their professional growth, and make sure theory and real-world planning practice actually click together. You'll work closely with our planning teams and build the foundation so our junior planners can work confidently, structurally, and on their own. What's in it for you? * Hands-on technical training for junior electrical planners * Teaching how to create and check circuit diagrams, installation plans, cable and equipment lists, as well as execution and revision docs * Training on CAD and CAE systems like Engineering Base, AutoCAD, Revit, or Primtech * Getting juniors involved in real planning projects and supervising their own practice tasks * Teaching relevant electrical standards, DIN and VDE regulations, planning standards, and quality requirements * Assessing individual learning progress and targeted professional development for junior planners * Getting them ready for mid-term and final exams * Giving them a practical understanding of how different planning areas work together. What should you bring to the table? * A completed apprenticeship, technician, master craftsman, or degree in electrical engineering, technical system planning, or something similar * Several years of hands-on experience in electrical planning * Confidence using at least one common CAD or CAE system * Good knowledge of the relevant DIN and VDE regulations * You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping young people grow professionally * Ability to explain technical and complex stuff in a clear, structured, and practical way * A structured, patient, and responsible way of working * High quality standards and a good grasp of how different departments interface * A confident and reliable manner when dealing with junior planners and project partners
