We’re looking for a Geothermal Drill Rig Operator (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing:
- Operating and driving drill rigs for geothermal projects at sites across Germany (and potentially Austria/Switzerland depending on the job)
- Handling geothermal drilling down to 400 meters using hammer drilling, flush drilling, and other methods
- Keeping an eye on the drilling process based on technical specs and plans, including logging your work (drill logs, daily reports)
- Working closely with the drilling crew, foremen, and site managers
- Taking care of regular maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the rigs and gear to keep things running smoothly
- Following and helping implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training as a Drill Rig Operator, Well Builder, Civil Engineering Worker, or something similar
- Some initial experience as a Rig Operator, Well Builder, or Master Driller; experience with small drill rigs is a plus
- A good understanding of soil types and drilling methods (like flush drilling)
- Willingness to travel to construction sites across Germany (and occasionally Austria/Switzerland)
- A valid Class B driver’s license
