Foreman/Machinist (M/F/D) wanted - fair pay based on collective agreement

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Foreman/Operator (M/F/D) in civil engineering, road construction, and sewer construction. To strengthen our client's team, we're looking for an experienced and responsible pro (m/f/d) to work on construction sites in the Bergisches Land region – someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to push projects forward together.

Your tasks:

• Operating and driving construction machinery, especially excavators, rollers, and vibratory plates
• Leading, instructing, and coordinating the local site team
• Carrying out work in civil engineering, road, and sewer construction according to plans and quality specs
• Making sure safety and accident prevention rules are followed
• Connecting sewers and creating pipe trenches and road structures
• Coordinating with the site manager on progress and daily planning

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a civil engineering worker, road builder, or similar qualification
• Several years of experience as a foreman or operator in civil engineering or sewer construction
• Confident handling of common earthmoving machines and construction equipment
• Driver's license class B, ideally BE or C
• Strong team leadership skills and an independent, structured way of working
• Physical resilience, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
